At Allure Bathrooms, we ship our products Australia wide and offer competitive rates to regional and remote parts of Australia. Please enter your postcode into the shipping calculator to obtain a shipping quote on the checkout page. Otherwise you may contact us for a postage quote prior to purchasing any item for your peace of mind.

Allure Bathrooms offers direct shipping to your door using various carriers depending on your location. As such, a physical street address must be provided for all orders as we cannot delivery to PO Boxes. At Allure Bathrooms, we offer you added peace of mind by having every item insured against loss, damage and theft whilst in transit at no extra charge. If your goods are damaged in any way on arrival, please ensure to take photographic evidence and email them to us within 48 hours to online@allurebathrooms.com.au

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON MIRRORS AND SHAVING CABINETS:

As of the 1st of January 2017, Allure Bathrooms will no longer be able to ship mirrors and shipping cabinets interstate due to their fragile nature. These are only available for deliveries to Melbourne metro or via local pick up from one of our three showrooms.

All items are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 working days (excluding third party or custom orders) of receiving cleared payment and we also welcome pay on pick up from our showrooms or warehouse however prior arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the pre-arranged delivery service.

Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a redelivery fee may be charged.

Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 14 working days to receive your goods although it will generally be sooner.

Deliveries within Melbourne Metro are offered at a single flat rate of $80. You will be notified by phone on the morning of the delivery to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival. If you require a two-man delivery service, please contact one of our showrooms to request a quote.

Please ensure you utilise the tracking information online to ascertain the whereabouts or approximate delivery date of your item. You must contact us only once you have spoken to the respective carrier company to establish an enquiry. The "enquiry number" must be provided in order for us to assist you better.
